Luxurious Foot Soak to Calm You Down

You will need:

  • 2-3 table spoons of any Wildpatch oil
  • Hot water between 92–100°F (33–37.7°C)
  • A large bowl or basin big enough to submerge both feet, ideally up to the ankles

Optional ingredients

  • 3-6 drops of essential oil – like lavender, peppermint, lemongrass
  • Half a cup Epsom salt


Place the tub or basin on a non-slip surface

Put enough water to submerge both feet above the ankle

Add the Wildpatch oil and Epsom salt (optional) and mix

Finally add a few drops of essential oil (optional)

Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Try not to look at your phone and be in the moment.

Pat dry with a towel

For a lasting impact, rub Wildpatch oil on the feet and heels and wear a pair of cotton socks
