Right now, you can buy it on our website. Subscribe to our newsletter to know when expand into new retail spaces, coming up really soon.

Where do you currently ship to?

Domestically within the US.

When will my order ship? (Processing time)

If you place your order Monday through Friday before 3pm (not including holidays), we will ship it out the next day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. If you need expedited shipping, email us hello@wildpatch.co, we will try our best.

What is my shipping costs?

There is a $5 flat fee shipping cost for any purchase below $30 and a $7 flat fee shipping cost for purchases between $31and $49 (Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs will be calculated at checkout). Any purchase over $50 you get free standard shipping!

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

With standard shipping, orders will arrive to most parts of the continental U.S. in 3-5 business days. With COVID-19 restrictions, there might be some delays. All of our shipments are via USPS and ship from our studio in Massachusetts. Please take note of both shipping and processing times. We will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

When you order from us, you are buying a handcrafted blend made by female farmers in Sri Lanka that is packed with love and care at our studio in Massachusetts. Given the nature and purity of the product we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. We’ve tried our best to describe our products as accurately as possible and all our ingredients are listed on our website. So please read everything carefully and make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take our “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions. We are a small purpose driven business, so we triple check to make sure you get exactly what you wanted. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please drop us a note hello@wildpatch.co. While we have a no refunds policy, we will do everything to make it right and make up for any issues you are facing.

How do I check my order?

After you have purchased the product, we will keep you updated via email and provide you with a tracking number. If you face any issues, always email us hello@wildpatch.co

Can I edit my shipping address after the order is placed?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@wildpatch.co as soon as possible. If it's already shipped out unfortunately we will not be able to do anything.

My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged.

If your Wildpatch package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at hello@wildpatch.co. Please include your order number and photos of any damage.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders placed via our website are considered final.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Wildpatch assumes no responsibility. We will try our best to work to get the package to you, but it is out of our hands.
